I tried several groups offering assistance filing a VA claim. Some were no shows or help, some were spaghetti throwers (seeing what would stick to the wall) and then I found Semper Solutus. Game changer! We put together a complete package, including medical records, statements, evidence, and had it filed in two weeks. These people are fantastic....if you are a veteran and need help navigating the VA, compensation dilemma...these are the people it is not a complcated process but the wording and documentation that you must have are paramount...I had filed with another company....they got me to 94.12%..that all sounds great but it could have been 100%, but they messed up one of the key componentsof the claim...and they never communicatedwith me on anything was unableto contact them or answer correspondence..at Semper. We talked almost everyday and MD, wrote statements and figured the correct wording for my appeal....so hopefully now we can get the 0.88%, to get to 100%...my thanks go out to everyone...d

These people are great. They always have good attitudes, talk to you like you’re a friend, and there is zero procrastination on their end. You could message them on a Sunday and they will respond Sunday night or first thing Monday. I was struggling at work just to make ends meet. Between the stress of my CFS and being always tired, it was really draining me to the point where people could tell I was losing hope.
