Every Decision So Far, Before and After

Each line below is one veteran. The gray dot is their combined VA rating when they joined Semper Solutus; the gold dot is their combined rating on their latest VA decision. 24 of 26 combined ratings went up. The other two veterans had individual conditions increased, but VA's combined-rating math left their overall percentage where it was (here is why that happens).

What the Increases Are Worth

VA disability compensation is paid monthly and based on the combined rating. Using the VA's 2026 rates for a veteran with no dependents, the average veteran in this group now receives about $1,383 more per month (about $16,599 more per year). Across all 26 veterans, that is roughly $35,965 more per month in compensation. Veterans with a spouse or children receive more than these figures.

How We Count

About these results: Figures come from Semper Solutus's internal client results tracker for veterans who joined in 2026, as of October 9, 2026, with all names and identifying details removed. They include only veterans who have received a VA rating decision; the VA decides every claim, results vary, and past results do not guarantee a future outcome. Dollar figures are estimates using the VA's veteran-alone monthly rates effective December 1, 2025. Semper Solutus provides medical documentation services and educational information. We do not prepare or submit claims or represent veterans before the VA, and this is not legal advice.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The VA decides every claim, and no provider can guarantee an outcome. A records-based medical opinion from a physician addresses the medical nexus the VA requires, which is often the missing piece in a denied or under-rated claim.

Only veterans who have already received a VA decision are counted. As of October 9, 2026, 61 more veterans are waiting on the VA; they will be added, whatever the outcome, as decisions arrive.
